Product Compliance

All Neat Acoustics products are designed to meet applicable UK and international standards.

Where required, our products comply with:

  • UKCA marking requirements
  • CE marking requirements for European markets
  • RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
  • WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations

We work with trusted suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure that materials and components meet the relevant environmental and safety standards.

Safety and Use

Our loudspeakers are designed for safe use in domestic and professional environments when installed and operated correctly.

We recommend:

  • Using appropriate amplification equipment within specified limits
  • Ensuring adequate ventilation for associated electronics
  • Positioning products securely on suitable surfaces or stands
  • Following all guidance provided in the user documentation

Neat Acoustics cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside of recommended conditions.

Environmental Responsibility

We take a considered approach to materials, manufacturing and product longevity.

  • Cabinets are built for long-term use, not short product cycles
  • Components are selected with durability and serviceability in mind
  • Packaging is designed to protect the product while minimising unnecessary waste

We support the principles of responsible disposal and recycling under WEEE regulations. Customers are encouraged to dispose of electronic equipment through appropriate collection facilities.

Each product is supplied with a user guide, available in English.

To support our international customers, documentation may also be accessed digitally. Modern devices allow translation where required.
