Warranty
At Neat Acoustics, our products are built to provide many years of musical enjoyment. Each loudspeaker is carefully assembled and tested before leaving our workshop.
All Neat Acoustics loudspeakers are covered by a five year warranty from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid when the product has been supplied by an authorised dealer.
What is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Faults arising from workmanship under normal use
If a fault occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or operation outside of recommended conditions, including:
- Overdriving or amplifier clipping
- Accidental damage or impact
- Exposure to moisture, heat or environmental extremes
- Unauthorised modification or repair
Loudspeakers are precision devices and should be used within sensible limits.
Packaging and Returns
We strongly recommend that all original packaging is retained.
Our products are carefully packed to ensure safe transport. Replacement packaging is costly and may not always be immediately available. If a product needs to be returned for service, the original packaging provides the best protection.
Where original packaging is not available, suitable alternative packaging must be used. We cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packing.
Making a Claim
In the first instance, please contact the dealer from whom the product was purchased.
You may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Product details and serial number
- A description of the issue
We will work with your dealer to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
